Introduction

This virtual classroom seminar will give you the confidence to navigate the complexities of expert evidence, from deciding when it is genuinely necessary and proportionate, to knowing when an alternative approach may be more effective.

You will gain practical insight into how to make the most of an expert instruction, secure the evidence you need and present the strongest possible case for your client. By the end of the session, you will feel more confident about when to seek permission to rely on expert evidence, when to take a different approach and how to ensure your expert is instructed in a way that delivers the best possible evidence.
