Equality Action Plans - Gender Pay Gap & the Menopause in the Workplace

Introduction
From the Spring of 2027 all organisations with 250 or more employees will be required to produce an equality action plan which must include at least one action to address the gender pay gap and at least one action to support women going through the menopause. Organisations can do this on a voluntary basis from April 2026.
In this webinar we work through the requirements that this will place on employers.
