Employment Rights Act 2025 - A Roundup of the Employment Law Changes

Introduction

The Employment Rights Bill proved to be a contentious item, with several months of 'ping pong' between the House of Commons and the House of Lords. However, just before Christmas 2025 it was finally agreed and we now have the Employment Rights Act 2025.

This Act contains major change to employment law, which will come into force in different sections throughout 2026 and 2027. In this webinar we will work through everything that is going to change, in the order that it will change, giving guidance on what you need to do to prepare.
