EMIR REFIT Reporting: FCA & ESMA Compliance & Regulatory Expectations
Speaker
Introduction
The revised EMIR REFIT reporting regime continues to reshape UK (FCA) and EU (ESMA) compliance obligations. The initial backloading transition concluded in March 2025, and firms are now moving into Reconciliation Phase II - live in the EU from 27 April 2026 and in the UK from 28 September 2026 - which expands reconcilable fields from 87 to 148 and raises the bar on valuation data quality.
This condensed 3-hour live virtual session gives regulatory reporting teams a focused, practical update on current requirements: transaction scope, counterparty classification, critical data fields, and the reconciliation changes now taking effect. Designed for investment firms and reporting teams facing ongoing EMIR REFIT obligations, this session ensures participants can align with current regulatory expectations, respond to Reconciliation Phase II, and mitigate compliance risk.
