The Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act ('ECCTA') received Royal Assent on 26 October 2023. The ECCTA is radically changing the nature of the Companies House Register. Many of the changes will affect every company on the register and the reforms are continually changing.
This session will provide you with an update on the overall reforms, including changes that have been implemented as well as how to prepare for further changes together with the latest announcements on delays.
