Introduction

As a Law Society approved provider this three day in-person course is set at intermediate level and delegates will be expected to show the knowledge standards set out in the Accreditation Scheme criteria and guidance notes. Delegates will be issued with a 'certificate of full attendance' on successful completion and can then apply for membership to the scheme within six months.

Not only will the seminar equip you with the tools to apply for membership, it will also enhance your legal knowledge, understanding of procedures, processes and theories.

Applicants for membership of the Children Law Accreditation Scheme must complete a compulsory training course before the application is made. Membership is open to solicitors and Chartered Fellows of the Institute of Legal Executives (CFILEX) who are employed by a solicitor and have completed a rights of audience or some other CILEX approved advocacy qualification.
