Children Hearings - An Introduction to the Law, Procedure & Advocacy
With a focus on the court procedure, tests and the different types of applications that come before the courts, this course will consider the fundamentals of public child care law, in particular the best interests of the child test and its interrelationship with adoption placement proceedings, guardianship, access, custody and maintenance applications and Child Care Orders.
It is aimed to assist you in understanding the law and procedure and acquire more experience in calling evidence, cross examining effectively and making submissions to the court.
