Introduction

This 4-hour live broadcast is a must for all property lawyers who are exposed to buying and selling farms and agricultural property.

It will identify key issues associated with farms and agricultural property. The course will introduce you to assets which may arise in farm sales and help explain the niche enquiries which you should consider raising on an agricultural land acquisition.

It will consider what questions to ask when taking initial instructions and will help delegates identify the key issues which affect farmers and landowners when investing in or disposing of property.

This live session is ideal for those who are new to buying and selling agricultural property or simply wish to refresh and update their knowledge in light of the changing face of agricultural law.
