The Building Safety Levy (Levy) comes into force in October 2026. As part of the complex framework of the Building Safety Act (BSA) and its secondary legislation, it has been a challenging element for the industry to get to grips with. The Levy will introduce new duties and obligations and everyone should be aware of what it entails and how it might affect them.

This new 1.5-hour online Learn Live will explain what the Levy is, why it is being introduced, the key dates to diarise and the key legal requirements.
