Bring Your Own Device Policies & The Impact of GDPR - An Update
As many employees bring their own electronic devices into work, this webinar looks at the legal liabilities including guidance from the Information Commissioner on the data protection implications and the impact in this area of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in force from May 2018.
The webinar will also remind viewers of the general obligations under GDPR and the 1998 Data Protection Act and the common law of confidence particularly in the light of the EU directive on trade secrets to be implemented in 2018.
