The Money Laundering Regulations 2017 require all firms to develop a risk assessment taking account of several factors including the risks posed by geographic reach.

This live broadcast session will help you to assess your geographic risk and will explore AML risk factors associated with international instructions.

It will discuss the guidance from domestic and international regulatory authorities regarding the assessment of risk and is aimed at UK firms who receive international instructions plus firms who have parent structures in other countries, but are registered and regulated in England or Wales.

If you are looking for the current position from the regulators (both in the UK and overseas) about AML risk and how to analyse it, then this learn live session is for you.
