An Introduction to Environmental Law
This course will consider the main aspects of environmental law and is designed for those starting out in the field as well as giving a refresher to busy lawyers who come across environmental law occasionally.
Covering contaminated land to waste and flooding, it will be useful for lawyers in private practice, industry and the public sector.
