An Introduction to Company Secretarial Practice
Whether you have recently started working in company secretarial practice in your company, law or accountancy firm or you are about to start working in this area, this introductory course will give you a basic grounding in the key aspects of day to day company secretarial practice.

It will cover the nuts and bolts of setting up a company and keeping it in good standing including articles of association, shares and voting, annual accounts, requirements for registers and records, filings at Companies House filings, execution of documents, routine resolutions, board and shareholder meetings and directors' duties.
