This course has been specifically designed for prosecution advocates and will look at the entire trial process, from case management to sentencing and ancillary orders, to ensure you are as prepared as you can be when you step into court.

  • Dealing with bad character applications both pre-trial and during the trial process

  • Body cam footage & 999 calls - case-law and getting in the evidence by way of the 'res gestae' exception to hearsay
  • How to respond when the defence indicate at that first listing that the prosecution is 'an abuse of process!'
