What is the Difference between an Individual & Group Licence?

An Individual licence entitles one person to view and claim the CPD hours. A Group licence is unlimited and entitles anyone within your organisation to view and to claim the CPD hours.

How Do I Get My Login Details?

Login details are emailed the working day before the streaming date provided payment has been received. For on-demand webinars or DVDs login details are emailed immediately on receipt of payment.

Do Webinars have an Expiry Date?

Webinars are available for 90 days from the date you receive your login details.

When Will I Receive My DVD?

On-Demand DVDs are posted on receipt of payment. Other DVDs are posted the working day prior to the webinar streaming date provided payment has been received.

Can I Keep My DVD?

Will I Receive a CPD Certificate?

On successful completion of 4 multiple choice questions with a 75% pass rate your CPD certificate will be emailed to you.

Where Do I Find the Written Materials?

Once you are logged in, simply click on the icon next to the webinar title and download the materials.

Are the Webinars Live or Pre-Recorded?

Will I Receive A Booking Confirmation?

Yes. You will receive written confirmation by email normally within 2 hours of your booking.

Can I Turn Up At A Course Without A Booking?

Unfortunately not because we need to know final numbers in advance to ensure we have sufficient course notes and appropriate room hire and catering.

Can I Make A Provisional Booking?

We are unable to accept provisional bookings.

Do you have extra discounts for multiple bookings?

Season Tickets

What is a Season Ticket?

This is MBL membership which entitles the holder to a discount of up to 50% on our courses as well as a 50% discount on all our webinars and DVDs.

How long is my Season Ticket valid?

Season Tickets are valid for 12 months, from the date of the first course you book with us.

I am a Sole Practitioner or a Small Firm, how much will I pay for a Season Ticket?

For Sole Practitioners or Firms with less than 10 people required to undertake CPD training, you can register for a complimentary Season Ticket, click here for more details.

My season ticket is due to expire, how do I renew?

Your season ticket will automatically be renewed upon expiry.
